I’ve had the privilege of supporting many couples who are trying to conceive either naturally, or through IVF.  It doesn’t matter how long you have been trying, which one of you is affected, whether you have a known cause, or its just an unknown factor. It’s a physical and emotional roller coaster and I’m here to help.

Research on acupuncture for fertility has focussed on how it regulates blood flow, counters the effects of conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome, influences your menstrual cycle, improves egg or sperm quality, and influences the uterine lining to encourage implantation and growth.  Whilst some of the scientific research is classed as ‘inconclusive’ (more is needed), it does indicate that acupuncture can help optimise your chances of conceiving and support your emotional wellbeing.   It’s a simple philosophy really - build a healthy mind and body to support your reproductive health.
